NAIG 2023 to broadcast 1,500 hours of live games coverage

KJIPUKTUK (HALIFAX) – The 2023 North American Indigenous Games will feature a 7-day broadcast of over 1,500 hours of live event coverage, that can be streamed for free on any device at, beginning with the Opening Ceremony, live from Scotiabank Centre in Halifax on July 16 at 7:30 p.m. (Atlantic). Viewers of the stream will also be able to enjoy plenty of on-demand content including archived events.

The sports of cross-country, golf, rifle shooting, and the preliminary competition of 3-D archery will not have streaming coverage due to limitations with internet connectivity and the size and scope of the field of play for those competitions.
